See a full report on emails sent with status

Whether you're sending invite emails, templated emails, or emails regarding your architectural review process, you can see the full list in the email deliverability report found in Admin Tools - available in the lower left navigation.

The email deliverability page shows a summary across the top but allows you to search for specific recipients, subjects, or types, as well as filter by sources and statuses. You can click the "About this data" link for a pop-up that describes the source and how to read the metrics.


⚠️ Paused Emails

Note the Paused Emails link in the top right of the Deliverability page. When you switched email sending to "live" in General Settings Features at the bottom, the system ran an email quality check to be sure that all emails that were being marked live had a high likelihood of being legitimate emails. Organizations often enter test emails during the free trial period, and for email reputation purposes, it's important that test emails be excluded or removed when live email sending is turned on. If you chose to pause certain unverifiable emails at that time, you can view them and take further action here.

Additionally, if any previous emails sent received a bounce response, that email has been suppressed from future sending, and you may need to edit or remove that email in the person's detail page. This will be accessible via All People where you can edit an individual's information.
