Whenever you send emails, the email send provider measures a reputation score. Sending emails that result in a "hard bounce" (for example fake or test emails) can result in trouble with email providers and result in more emails landing in spam folders.
To prevent this, Vlge sets live email sending to "disabled" at the start of all free trials and at sign up. In the left nav in General Settings, look for the Features box, and at the bottom of the Features page there's an area called System Settings where you can turn on live email sending.
When you switch from disabled to on in the live email sending feature, the platform will automatically search and detect any potentially problematic emails in your user list. If it detects emails that will not resolve to an email provider, the system may block access to turning live email sending on until these have been fixed. If you find yourself stuck, please email us for support.
