You can receive emails at your group aliases by sending to the group-alias@[yoursubdomain].vlge.io.
For example: Board Emails
You are automatically set up with a board group in the Groups tab from the left nav. (You can manage groups in Admin Tools as well). That group has a standard email address of "Board@" - and if you add your subdomain (example: "hillcountryhills" - the working email will be "[email protected]" - Find your subdomain in General Settings - Organization - scroll to the bottom and find your Vlge information (what you created when you signed up).
👀 Where to see these emails
👉 Visit Groups from the left navigation
Click Email tab and any emails received will appear here. You can also SEND email from this email address. Note that this is intended primarily as a way to receive emails as a group. You should use the Messaging feature in Admin Tools for broad email communications that are tracked.
⭐️ Email Details
Emails sent from the group will use the group name as the sender. You can change the group name in group settings.
Email metadata on replies and forwards maintains the link to the original message for email clients that group conversation threads.
Email footer is configurable in the group settings area as well - the default contains a message that the email was sent from this group email.
