Vlge provides powerful email tools for community communication. Administrators can send targeted emails to specific groups or the entire community.

Find Email Messaging in the top center:

Review status of prior messages or create a new one:

Begin the Setup of your message:

Recipients:

Choose by Unit, by Resident, by Group or custom.

Email Features

  • Rich Text Editor - Format emails with headings, lists, links, and images

  • Recipient Targeting - Send to all members, specific groups, or individuals

  • Templates - Save and reuse common email formats

  • Scheduling - Schedule emails to send later

  • Tracking - See delivery and open rates

Sending an Email (Administrators)

  1. Go to Admin β†’ Messaging β†’ Email

  2. Click "New Email"

  3. Enter the subject line

  4. Compose your message

  5. Select recipients:

    • All Members

    • By Group (Board, ACC Committee, etc.)

    • Specific users

  6. Preview your email

  7. Send immediately or schedule

Email Best Practices

  • Clear subject lines - Make it obvious what the email is about

  • Keep it concise - Respect residents' time

  • Include action items - What should residents do?

  • Add deadlines - If action is required, when is it due?

  • Proofread - Check for errors before sending

Email Deliverability

Emails are sent through Amazon SES (Simple Email Service) for reliable delivery. To ensure your emails reach residents:

  • Use your community's verified sender domain

  • Avoid spam trigger words

  • Ask residents to add your email to their contacts
