๐ ๏ธ Troubleshooting:
Q: Our emails are not being received
A: First, check Live Email sending to be sure it is enabled. It is disabled by default to protect new organizations from accidentally sending automated or invite emails.
Next, ask your recipients to check spam folders. Some inbox providers have aggressive settings here and new subdomains like your association may get caught in their filters.
Check the Email Deliverability report in Admin Tools.
