For some communities that are still under construction, a number of the properties are referred to by their lot number. Vlge allows designation by lot number, street number, and street name, or any combination of the three.
When adding a new unit using the "Add Unit" button from the All Properties page, you can select Vacant Lot / undeveloped land. Simply add the lot number and if available Street Name.
When editing an address, you'll find the optional field for lot number as well as an optional field for unit number. If you provide a street number and a street address, then that is the default way that the property will be referenced in the list of all properties. If, however, there is no street address but you provide a lot number and a street name, you will see the lot number followed by the street name as the primary reference for that property.
When the property type is set to "vacant lot", the default image shown for the property is the Vlge default as found in General Settings > Preferences > Default Images. You can set your own or use the Vlge default images.
You can edit your available property types by going to General Settings, Preferences, and looking at the tab called Property Types.
