The following fields are available for input in any given address or lot number in the community:
Property Info
Lot # - Useful for properties with no physical address yet, or for vacant lots described normally by their Lot # only
Account # - VLGE provides a default that exists for each property, but you may add your own if you prefer (the VLGE # will exist in the database regardless)
Parcel ID - for tax purposes or legal descriptions
Unit # - for Condos or if desired used as a flexible field for search

County
Mailing Address: If "Same" box is unchecked

Unit Notes
Unit notes are available for maintaining private, property-specific notes for admins. These are available in exports and import templates.
Tags
Tags can be created and applied and may be useful for search. Simply Add a Tag to any property. (Note Tags can be created in Tag Manager in General Settings as well)
Owners, Caretakers, Renters etc are all assigned either when editing a person or in the property detail page using the "Assign Owner" button.
