Whether you're a fully developed community of single-family homes, a condo community, townhome units, a community under development with a number of vacant lots, or a mixture of all of the above, you can set your property type options in the General Settings ➡ Preferences ➡ Property Types.
The Vlge Platform provides several default property types, with condo and townhome being hidden by default. You can add new Property Types and hide those not in use for your community.
Once you add a new type, you can upload a default image to be show in in the All Properties view in the event Google Aerial images does not find a high confidence match (default behavior). If you would rather override any Google Aerial imagery no matter what, select the override setting.
For the default image option, you can choose to leave the Google aerial, which means that we will use the Google aerial image should a high-confidence match be available. If it is not available, then we will use the platform default. However, if you upload your own custom image and you choose Google aerial when one is not available that is a high-confidence match, we will fall back to your default image. If you want to use your custom upload no matter what, simply upload an image and select custom upload, which means it will be used as the default no matter what.
Individual members can still upload their own custom images of their properties.
