Step 1: Find the "Poll Manager" Option
Look in the lower left-side Nav (Administrators Only)
Step 2: Click "Create Poll"
Add your Poll Name and description.
Choose Allow Anonymous Responses (users can choose to hide their name) or leave unchecked to require names to be associated
Choose "Show Results after Submission" - If checked (optional) this will show the status of the poll to each user who completes the poll.
Note: If you do not choose to show the results here, you can still publish the results later on to all users.
Step 3: Start Adding Questions
Add as many questions as you like - note that the more questions you add the lower your completion rate may be, but usually 5-7 questions is a good maximum.
Take care with your Question Text - be clear, and make sure you ask one question per entry for best results.
Choose the question type, and configure the options related to that type (options, etc)

Question Types:
Multiple Choice: You provide a number of options that the user selects. Only one answer is allowed per question
Checkbox: You provide a number of answers and the user can check as many boxes as they wish.
Yes/No: Present a simple yes/no option for users to answer
Rating Scale: Present the user with options from 1-5 and set the definition of both "1" and "5"
NPS or "Net Promotor Score" - A common rating scale used for customer satisfaction. A common guide can be found here.
Short Text or Long Text: Simple text entry using free form by the user. The only difference here is the size of the response box.
Number or Date: Restricts the user to providing an answer in either number format or selecting a date
Dropdown: A different variation of Multiple Choice. In this case you specify options. to be included in the dropdown menu and the user selects only one.
Ranking: You provide the user with several options and the user ranks them on the screen.
Ranking Example: Users click the arrows to move options up or down.
Once created, you can share the link by copying, view it yourself, check results, further make edits, activate it, or delete it.
Note: To view the poll, make sure you activate it first.
