Household voting
Most associations count one vote per property. Every eligible owner can receive a ballot. On the Voters step, choose First Vote Counts or Last Vote Counts when more than one owner tries to vote.
Entity-owned properties
When a company or trust owns a lot, only entity representatives marked can vote in elections receive a ballot under Property Owners Only. If two entities share a property, mark the representative who should vote — or they will not appear on the owner roll.
Individually owned properties use the current owner records on the unit. Keep ownership and email contacts current before you build the roll.
How residents vote
Each voter gets a unique link (email is the main path). They open the ballot, make selections, click Submit Vote, and receive a Vote Receipt ID. See How to Vote in an Election.
Results
On the election page, track who has voted (by voter or by unit). Use View Results if you allowed results during the election or after it ends. Viewing live results has the screens.
