In order to remove as much friction as possible in the payment process, Vlge includes a QR code on invoices as well as a link to a quick pay page that allows the resident to pay nearly instantly, depending upon the status of their account.
From a paper invoice:
Physically mailed invoices contain both the QR code for instant mobile access as well as a link (less often utilized) for accessing the quick pay page once loaded.
➡ If a user is logged in, the user can choose from their stored payment methods or enter a new one in order to pay.
➡ If the user is not logged in, they can select an email or text instant pay link, which will then be sent to their method of choice, allowing them to click and pay from the screen.
