If your community has enabled online payments, you can pay your HOA dues and other charges directly through Vlge.
Finding Your Balance
Sign in to your portal
Go to Payments or My Account
View your current balance and any pending charges
Making a Payment
Click "Make Payment"
Enter the amount (or select full balance)
Choose payment method:
Credit/Debit Card
Bank Account (ACH)
Enter payment details
Review and confirm
Receive confirmation
Accepted Payment Methods
Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
Debit Cards: Cards with Visa/MC logo
Bank Account (ACH): Direct bank transfer
Processing Time
Credit/Debit: Usually instant
ACH: 2-4 business days
Payment Fees
Some payment methods may have processing fees. Check the payment screen for any applicable fees before confirming.
Auto-Pay
If available, you can set up automatic payments:
Go to Payment Settings
Enable Auto-Pay
Select payment method
Choose frequency (monthly, quarterly)
Payment/Charge History
You can see your charge history in the My Property page - see the left mavigation.
View your payment history:
Past payments and dates
Payment methods used
Download receipts
