Understanding Vlge Billing
This article explains how billing works for Vlge Communities. If you're a resident, this covers platform billing for your HOA, not your HOA dues. See Making Payments for how to pay your dues.
Vlge Plans
Vlge offers different plans based on community needs:
Plan | Features |
Basic | Essential community management features |
Pro | All Basic features plus Elections, advanced messaging |
Enterprise | Custom features and dedicated support |
Usage-Based Features
Some features have additional usage-based costs:
Postal Mail - Per-piece mailing costs (postage + printing)
SMS/Text Messages - Per-message cost (if enabled)
Elections - May have per-voter fees on Basic plan
Billing for Administrators
Administrators can view and manage billing:
Go to Admin → Billing Settings
View current plan and usage
Update payment methods
Download invoices
Payment Methods
Vlge accepts:
Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
ACH bank transfer (for annual plans)
Questions About Your HOA Dues?
Vlge billing is separate from your HOA dues. For questions about your assessments or HOA account balance, contact your community administrator or management company.
