Referral Program
The Vlge Referral Program lets your organization earn account credits by introducing other communities to Vlge.
Every organization has its own unique referral link. When another community signs up using your link, Vlge tracks the referral automatically. As that organization progresses from a free trial to a paid subscription, your organization earns credits that can be used anywhere within Vlge.
Referral credits never expire while your organization maintains an active Vlge account.

Share this link anywhere you like, including:
Your HOA website
Facebook groups
Community management forums
Email signatures
Board member communications

When someone clicks your referral link, Vlge remembers the referral during sign-up.
How credits are earned
👉 There are two ways to earn credits.
1. Free Trial Credit
When a referred organization:
signs up for a Vlge free trial
creates its organization
completes the initial organization setup (including community/unit information)
Your organization receives:
$10.00 account credit
This reward is intended to recognize qualified organizations that begin evaluating Vlge - not simply visitors who create an account.
2. Paid Customer Credit
If that organization later becomes a paying Vlge customer, your organization earns an additional credit equal to:

The more organizations you refer, the more credits you can earn.
There is no limit to the number of successful referrals.

Using your credits
Referral credits are automatically applied to your Vlge account. Credits will be applied toward any charges billed through Vlge, including:
Monthly subscription fees
USPS postage
Payment processing fees
Other eligible Vlge services
👉 Upon a successful paid referral, Vlge may, at its sole discretion, send a "Board Appreciation Gift" (such as a restaurant, DoorDash, coffee, or Visa gift card) to the referred organization’s board in an amount equal to the earned credits for use during a board meeting or volunteer appreciation event. Vlge will always work to accommodate such a request, subject to state and federal laws, as well as organizational policies.
Credits remain on your account until used.

Can I refer more than one organization?
Yes. There is no limit to the number of organizations you may refer.
Does someone have to use my referral link?
Yes. The referral must begin using your unique referral link so Vlge can associate the new organization with your account.
What counts as a qualified free trial?
A qualified referral is an organization that:
Signs up through your referral link
Creates its organization in Vlge
Completes the initial organization setup
Organizations that only create a personal account without setting up a community do not qualify.
When do I receive my credit?
The $10 trial credit is applied after the referred organization completes its initial organization setup.
The subscription credit is applied 30 days after the referred organization completes their first month's payment for the subscription.
Can I cash out referral credits?
No. Referral rewards are provided as Vlge account credits and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Do credits expire?
Credits do not expire while your organization maintains an active Vlge subscription.
Can I refer my own organization?
No. Referral rewards are intended for introducing new organizations to Vlge. Self-referrals or attempts to create duplicate organizations for the purpose of earning credits may be removed.
