Financial Management
What financial tools does VLGE provide?
VLGE offers a complete financial suite: bank connections (via Plaid for automatic imports), invoicing & billing, collections, budgeting with variance tracking, vendor/payables management, and detailed reports (balance sheets, income statements, etc.).
How do payments and billing work in VLGE?
You can create invoices, manage recurring billing products, track payments, and configure ACH/card processing. Residents pay through their secure portal.
Can I connect my bank account?
Yes, use Plaid to securely connect bank accounts for automatic transaction imports and reconciliation.
Are financial reports available?

How does ACC (Architectural Control) request management work?
Submit requests with file uploads, track through multi-stage approvals, handle appeals, and monitor status β all with automated workflows and notifications.
How are violations and notices handled?
Issue notices/violations, track resolutions with automated workflows, escalation paths, and resident notifications. Customize notice types as needed. Resident's can submit images back to close out violations, challenge violations politely through the workflow - providing new information - or request variances.
Can residents submit support requests/tickets?
Yes, the support ticket system lets residents submit requests with configurable reasons, SLAs, status tracking, and email routing. When residents create tickets in the workflow, your pre-suggested responses about specific topics help avoid unnecessary contacts.

How do I manage board meetings?
You can schedule meetings with the messaging features in Village. Importantly, you can collaboratively build your agenda by either proposing items, and having others "vote" them up in importance - focusing on the most critical items first OR by allowing others to submit items and have the Board, committee, or community members "boost" them in importance. Meeting minutes can be saved by group or loaded in the secure document store and made available to all.
Can I run polls or surveys?
Yes, the Poll Manager supports creating polls/surveys with multiple question types, voting periods, results analytics, and community-wide participation.

How are documents stored and shared?
The Document Store organizes files in custom folders with role-based access controls. Governing documents are searchable and securely shared.
