Vlge includes a standard dashboard upon Board member login. When enabled (Vlge Pro Only) you can customize your dashboard - moving components around, resizing, and adding new ones.
👉 You can find the Dashboard link on the left Nav, or for Board members, upon sign in it is the first landing page.
👉 Note the "Dashboards" and "Customize" at the top.
👉 When you click Dashboards, you can see the existing Dashboards (your own/default on top and organization dashboards below)
🎨 Customization & New Dashboard Creation
Click Customize to begin editing the current layout and widgets.
👉 When in Customize Mode, you will see the following in the top right:
When you update/Customize the layout and widgets, you can Save as New (name a new Dashboard) and determine if it will be Private (just for you) or Shared (all eligible users can see it). If you select "Save Shared" you are updating the current shared dashboard for ALL users.
👉 A Widget Catalog appears on the left when you click + Add Widget
Widgets that are already enabled are not selectable, while new ones are available for adding with the plus sign (+).

⚙️ Configurable Widgets
All widgets have "grab" handles in the top left corner for repositioning, as well as in the bottom right for re-sizing (certain limitations apply per widget).
Certain widgets can be further configured - note the "Edit Buckets" settings in the box below.
🔍 Which Dashboard Appears & When?
On first visit by an eligible board member, the published Organizational dashboard marked as "default" is shown. If no organizational default has been set, then the Vlge default is shown (and a Board Default version is created to save any customizations as the Vlge Default cannot be changed by customization).
When a user visits the Dashboard page and clicks "Dashboards" and selects from the list of dashboards to view, that selection and its layout are saved to the user's organizational-specific preference (as for what to show next login). On future logins, that saved selection is shown, (which is effectively the last dashboard they selected). If they select the Vlge Default in the drop-down, then the Vlge default becomes their saved layout for subsequent logins.
⭐️ Organization Dashboards
You can save a shared dashboard ("Organization Dashboard"), including layout and widget selection, and choose which organizational dashboard you want as the "default". Users can select alternate dashboards OR create their own, but if they select one of your organizational dashboards and you later update it, that will be the layout that loads for them upon the next visit and reload of the dashboard.
🧩 Widgets
Widgets are like puzzle pieces for you to build a dashboard to show information important to you. Examples include Operating Balance, Budget Progress, Group Activity, or other data from your operations.
There are 14 widgets in the catalog, grouped into five categories. Several names adapt to your organization’s terminology (for example, “ACC” may display as “DRB,” and “Violation” may use your custom label). Some widgets only appear when the corresponding feature flag is enabled for your organization.

⚙️ Dashboard Management (Admins)
Visit Admin Tools ➡ Dashboard Settings
On this page you will see the list of Dashboards for the organization as well as the Vlge Default. The Vlge Default exists as a "reset" and is not edited directly. On first visit to the Dashboard by any member, the Vlge Default is used to create the "[Organization Name] Board Dashboard".
You can create new dashboards and name them here in Dashboard Management. When you visit the Dashboard, select them and then customize from there. The default starting point is always the Vlge Default.
