Most residents open Community Home.
Board members, finance viewers, and other elevated roles typically open Dashboard (if they have dashboard access).
Organization admins may see Getting Started first, then Dashboard after onboarding is dismissed.
Fractional-only members may open My Stays instead of Community Home.
