Open Admin Tools from the Admin Area in the left navigation (you need admin-panel access). The hub lists tiles you can use. Some tiles only appear when the matching feature is on, and some require Vlge Pro.
How the page is organized
Favorites — tiles you starred.
All tools — enabled tools you can open.
Vlge Pro — locked tiles on Vlge Basic.
Not Enabled — the tool exists but the feature is off. Use Enable in General Settings (that link goes to the Features / General Settings tools page, not this hub).

Financial day-to-day work is not on this hub. Use Financial Dashboard for billing, Pay Bills, Inbox, Import Tools, and Financial Reports.
