Your HOA statement shows your account activity, charges, and balance. Here's how to read it.

Statement Components

Account Summary:

  • Previous Balance

  • Payments Received

  • New Charges

  • Current Balance Due

Charge Details:

  • Date of charge

  • Description

  • Amount

Common Charge Types

Charge Type

Payment Credits
