FAQ's
You no doubt see repeat questions asked in your community and this is your chance to add them with their answers. Once added they become searchable and help reduce contacts to the Board while improving customer experience.
Each question can be expanded for the answer and any applicable links.
As a Board Member or Admin, you will notice you have Editing links in the FAQ section.
Clicking these icons or selecting +Add FAQ will open a dialogue that allows you to customize your community's FAQ's. You can arrange the order, add links, and style the answers.
