💰 Admin Settings: Auto-pay

You can customize how auto-pay appears for your community

Residents can enable auto-pay in their MyProperty. However, admins can control two specific settings in relation to how Auto-pay is administered.

Visit Financial Dashboard ➡ Billing Settings - scroll down to Auto-Pay

If you enable Annual Auto Pay Cap, all charge types where auto pay is used will be summed towards the auto pay cap. No further charges will take place once the cap has been reached.

Notification: when a charge is skipped because of auto pay maximum, a one-time email is sent to the property's primary user as well as current owners.

Subject: Auto-pay limit reached for [address]

Email Text:

A charge has been added to the account in the amount of [charge amount]. Based on your auto-pay settings, [total charges amount YTD] has been used against the [max cap amount] total maximum approved. You will need to either raise the maximum or pay the charge manually.
