💳 Stripe: Updating Your Account

You can update your bank or account settings in Stripe through Vlge

Updating your key Stripe information, including contact email and bank information, is possible in two separate places:

1) Through the Financial Dashboard in the Billing Settings tab.

👉 Look for Billing Settings

You will see the Update Account Settings - click it and Stripe should log you in via a code sent to the mobile number provided during setup.

👉 Once verified you will see your account information.

2) Through the Financial DashboardBilling & CollectionsPayment Account

⭐️ Once you click Payment Account you will see the Sign in prompt for Stripe - they will text a code to the phone number you used at signup


You can link new Bank accounts, change your information as needed.

Note: If you no longer have access to the email on the Profile for your HOA, the only way to change it is through Stripe support.
