Q: How do I change my email address?

A: Go to Profile β†’ Account Settings and update your email. You'll use the new email to sign in.

Q: Can I change my name in the system?

A: You can update your display name in your profile. For official name changes, contact your administrator.

Q: How do I add a profile photo?

A: Go to Profile, click on the photo area, and upload an image.

Q: Can I hide my information from the directory?

A: Check your privacy settings - you may be able to hide phone/email from other residents.

Q: I'm moving. How do I update my address?

A: Contact your administrator. Address changes require verification.

Q: Can my spouse have their own account?

A: Yes. Each household member can have their own account linked to your address.
