Keep your information current so your community can reach you.
Why It Matters
Receive important community notices
Get election ballots
Be reachable in emergencies
Appear correctly in the directory
Step-by-Step
Click your name/avatar in the top right
Select "My Profile" or "Account Settings"
Update your information:
Email address
Phone number
Mailing address (if different from property)
Click Save
Changing Your Email
Your email is your login identifier. When changing it:
Enter your new email address
You may need to verify it
Use the new email to sign in going forward
Phone Number
Adding your phone number helps administrators reach you for urgent matters.
Moving to a New Unit?
If you're moving within the community:
Contact your administrator
They'll update your address association
Your account stays the same
