Update your contact information, photo, and account settings.

Keep your profile up to date so your community can reach you and your information is accurate in the directory.

Accessing Your Profile

  1. Click on your name or avatar in the top right

  2. Select "My Profile" or "Account Settings"

Profile Information

You can update the following:

FIELD

DESCRIPTION

Full Name

Your display name

Email

Primary contact email

Additional Email

Add a second email

Phone

Mobile or home phone

Profile Photo

Optional photo for directory

Communication Preferences

How you prefer to be contacted

SMS/Text Notifications

Turn on if you wish to receive texts about your community

Sharing settings

Choose what to share with others

Phone Support PIN

View or change your PIN. If you call in you may need the PIN for quick verification.

Changing Your Email

To change your primary email address: Contact your Board team.

Note: Your email is used for sign-in and all community communications.

Uploading a Profile Photo

  1. Go to your profile

  2. Click on the photo area or "Upload Photo"

  3. Select an image file (JPG or PNG)

  4. Crop if needed

  5. Save

Privacy Settings

Control what other community members can see:

  • Directory Listing - Show/hide in community directory

  • Contact Info - Who can see your phone/email

  • Photo - Show/hide profile photo

Make these changes in the lower section of My Profile

Other Customizations:

Adding Family & Pets - Some communities use the Family & Pets for communications, invitations to Groups, lost pet retrieval, and other community functions. What you share is up to you. If you have more than one person associated with your address, you can choose to share these family attributes with the other person/people to save entering it multiple times.

Interests

Your community admin controls what items appear here, but residents & owners can add their interests which may be used for finding groups, finding others with similar interests, and other communications.

You choose what to share if anything.
