Submit Your First ACC Request
This quick guide walks you through submitting your first architectural change request.
Before You Start
Have these ready:
Description of your project
Photos of current condition
Product specs or samples (if applicable)
Contractor quote (if using one)
Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to ACC/ARB Requests
Click "ACC Requests" in the menu, then "New Request"
Select Project Type
Choose from options like Fence, Paint, Landscaping, etc.
Describe Your Project
Be specific: include materials, colors, dimensions, and timeline
Upload Documents
Add photos, diagrams, specs, and quotes
Review & Submit
Double-check everything, then click Submit
