Visit General Settings in the lower left nav and find the ACC Settings. Note that the terminology may differ for your community (ARB/AVV/ARC etc).
Click to visit the setting page - you will see the below:
Form Settings:
Name your committee, change the abbreviation (ACC/ARB etc), and choose which features of the form you want to include. This is where you choose whether you charge a fee for submissions or not.
Note: To charge a fee, you must setup a "product" to specify the charge amount and name.
Acknowledgements:
When a member submits a form for review, you may wish to secure several acknowledgements - such as agreement that the project should not begin until approval, limits on contractor hours etc. You can draft these for inclusion here.
Vendor Acknowledgements:
Some communities require homeowners to include any contractor details for submissions, and require that the contractor acknowledge certain community standards such as limits to working hours, parking etc. These are drafted here.
Guidance Items:
Depending on the project type, you may wish to include additional specific guidance for your residents & members to make the review process faster and more efficient. As an example, for Pools you may which to alert the resident that an existing fence must be specified OR a new one submitted in order to review. This can save alot of back and forth with your volunteer committee.
Project Types:
While several common project types are included, you may have others that you wish to include. You can add, edit or delete the default project types.
Statuses:
Each committee may have its own "statuses" and these can be customized per community. You can change the name, the color of the bubble, and the color of the text for each.
Note: Status colors are not affected by changes to the overall design palette for the community. These are specifically set here.
Vote Types:
Vote types (Yes, No, Recuse, Yes with Conditions) can be set here. Similar to statuses, the colors can also be set here.
Helpful Links
These are optional, but if set, these will show as buttons with links to other sites for assistance in planning projects for submission.
Change Log:
This is more for auditing as it captures all changes made to all forms, whether statuses changes or votes etc. You can review when any form was changed to see who and when the change was made.
About Links & Guidance:
Just below Pool in the below example is the brief guidance that you can draft in the Project. Types settings. Under Resources to Help Plan, you see the "Test Link" which is where external links will appear if set. Finally, the Pool Guidelines is what appears for any Guidance Items that you set specific to the project type.
