Accessing Your Community Portal
Your community has a unique portal URL, typically formatted as yourcommunity.vlge.io. This is where you'll sign in and access all community features.
For New Residents
If you're new to the community and don't have an account yet:
Visit your community's portal URL
Click "Request Access"
Fill out the form with:
Your first and last name
Email address
Phone number
Your street address within the community
Submit your request
Wait for approval from your community administrator
Once approved, you'll receive an email with instructions to set your password
For Existing Users
If you already have an account:
Visit your community's portal URL
Click "Sign In"
Enter your email address
Enter your password
Click "Sign In"
Forgot Your Password?
Click "Forgot Password?" on the sign-in page
Enter your email address
Check your email for a password reset link
Click the link and create a new password
Sign in with your new password
Verification Codes
For security, you may be asked to enter a verification code sent to your email. This code:
Expires after 10 minutes
Can only be used once
Protects your account from unauthorized access
Trouble Signing In?
If you're having issues:
Make sure you're using the correct email address
Check that Caps Lock is not on
Try resetting your password
