To create your own custom fields (License plates, Pool Key Codes, etc) navigate to General Settings in the lwoer left navigation, scroll down to Platform Management.
👉 Click "Custom Fields"
👉 Click + New Field
👉 Name your Field, Choose Type, and select your options
👉 Click Create Field
Custom Fields appear to Admins in Property Detail pages (from All Properties/Units) as well as in People Detail Pages (from All People).
Custom People fields made visible to residents appear in the My Profile modal in a tab called "Other".
