🏘️ Multi-Property Owners

How to view your portfolio when you own multiple units

If you own multiple properties inside the association, then you will see a unique view in your left navigation called My Portfolio. Note that this is dependent on your name being assigned to each unit as an "Owner" type (whether Owner Occupant or non-occupant owner).

πŸ‘‰You will see the "My Portfolio" page in your portal in the left navigation.

Multi-property or unit ownership has two distinct aspects to it:

  1. Visibility to the property and all actions like notices, ACC requests, billing balances, etc.

  2. Consolidated Invoicing - Receiving a single invoice and paying a single time to settle your consolidated bill.

Property Information

In order to see the property information, you simply must be an "owner" type for that particular property. When you're listed as an owner for that property, as well as the additional property or properties, you will see the My Portfolio on the left. You will have access to view all of the data regarding the properties.

Consolidated Billing/Invoicing

In order to receive a consolidated invoice across multiple properties, you must be listed as the primary contact for all properties for which you wish to be included in the consolidated invoice.

β˜‘ In this example below, the logged in user is showing as the primary contact for both properties.

✌️ In this second example, the Primary Contacts are different, so while both Owners will have My Portfolio Access, the invoices are kept separate due to each property having a unique Primary contact. Note that this Portfolio view is split between Primary Contact Properties and Other Contact Properties.

Primary Contact setting can be changed by navigating to a specific property and clicking the "⭐️" to note the primary contact for that property.
