Want to avoid the dreaded typing involved in saving your meeting minutes after a board meeting? Vlge does it for you!
NOTE: Meeting Minutes converted is also available as a core feature in the Meetings Manager for meetings created in that tool, and for meetings hosted with our Vlge Conferencing setup. The same approach for conversion is used in both.
👉 Visit Admin Tools in the lower left Nav and look for "Minutes Converter"
👉 Select Minutes Converter to begin the process.
👉 Drag your MP3, Wav, or M4A file into the converter.
👉 Select Upload & Transcribe - the process usually takes 2-3 minutes depending on the length of recording (200MB file max ~ 1.5 hour meeting)
👉 Check over your results and edit if necessary
