Q: How do I create a strong password?

A: Use at least 8 characters including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Don't use personal information like birthdays or names. Consider using a password manager.

Q: What should I do if I think my account was hacked?

A: Immediately reset your password and contact your administrator. Review your account for any unauthorized changes.

Q: Can someone else access my account?

A: Only if they have your password. Never share your password with anyone, including family members. Each person should have their own account.

Q: Is my information secure?

A: Yes. Vlge uses bank-level encryption, secure authentication, and follows industry best practices for data security.

Q: Do you store my payment information?

A: Payment information is processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your full card numbers.

Q: Can I enable two-factor authentication?

A: This feature may be available depending on your community's settings. Contact your administrator for details.

Q: What happens if I enter my password wrong multiple times?

A: Your account may be temporarily locked for security. Wait 15-30 minutes and try again, or use password reset.

Q: How do I sign out of all devices?

A: Changing your password will sign you out of all other sessions. You can also contact your administrator for help.
