In order to change the ownership or residency of a home/unit/property, look for the Move In / Move Out tool in the Admin Tools section.
👉 Step 1: Fine the Property to change
👉 Step 2: Choose the current occupants to "move out"
👉 Step 3: Add the new Residents to move in and select their roles (Resident, Renter etc)
👉 Step 4: Choose what stays or goes with the transfer
The Vlge platform allows for a number of items to either remain with the property or be deleted. Of note are things like:
Documents
Appliances
Paint colors
Improvements
Consumables (Filters, Light Bulb Lists etc)
Service providers
...just to name a few.
