Submit Your First ACC/ARB/DRB Request
This quick guide walks you through submitting your first architectural change request. Note: The content of the forms and many of the specifics are specific to each community. For questions about the process itself please see your community Board.
Before You Start
Have these ready:
Description of your project
Photos of current condition
Product specs or samples (if applicable)
Contractor quote (if using one)
Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to ACC/ARB/DRB Requests
Click "ACC/DRB Requests" in the menu (your naming may vary by Association), then "New Request"
Select Project Type
Choose from options like Fence, Paint, Landscaping, Tree removal, etc.
Describe Your Project
Be specific: include materials, colors, dimensions, and timeline
Upload Documents
Add photos, diagrams, specs, and quotes
Review & Submit (acknowledgements may be required)
Double-check everything, then click Submit
Some Associations charge application fees by project or in general so your exact flow may vary slightly.
