Folder access in the app | Who can view |
All Residents | Every community member who can open Documents |
ACC Members & Above | ACC reviewers and everyone above that level |
ACC Lead & Above | ACC leads, board-access roles, and admins |
Board Members Only | People with the Board Admin or Board Member role in Roles and Permissions, plus organization Admins. The Board Members roster (President, Treasurer, and so on) does not grant this by itself. |
Admins Only | Organization administrators |
Folders marked Board Members Only appear under Board Documents only if you have the Board Admin or Board Member role (or you are an organization Admin). Being listed as President on the Board Members roster is not enough.
