Click on "Ask [Name]" in the Community Home page
Type your question in natural language
The assistant will search your "indexed" community's documents
You'll receive an answer with source citations

Tips for Best Results
Be specific - "What color can I paint my fence?" works better than "fence rules"
Ask one question at a time - For complex topics, break into multiple questions
Check the sources - Rose cites the documents where answers come from

👉 How to view your AI Source information (Admins)
Visit general settings from the left nav and find AI chat guidance. Open that page.
Under Document Knowledge, it will show you exactly what documents have been indexed. In the sections just above, you will have a chance to enter general guidance or topic-specific guidance. Information and guidance entered there by you or your board will be used for answers by the AI agent
